Dr. Medim is the doctor of Santal in Klonoa: Empire of Dreams. He spreads a sickness in the forest village after turning into a monster.
Unlike the bosses before him, he actually remembers something from his dream: the Imperial flag's symbol. It serves as a hint for Klonoa and Huepow to return to the castle of Leljimba.
