Garlen is the primary antagonist of Klonoa Heroes: Densetsu no Star Medal.

History[]
Garlen learned about the history of the Hero Medals and their creator Nahatomb, and sought to use Nahatomb as a tool for world domination. He employed Butz and Janga to look for the Darkness of Nahatomb. When Butz refused to revive the monster, Garlen ordered Janga to kill Butz, which he did.
