Jugkettle Sea is the second world Klonoa and Guntz goes to in Klonoa Heroes. It is a fishing village where it is ruled by King Seadoph. Recently a monster has been attacking ships, stirring fears among the villagers. Klonoa and Guntz soon meet a small fish-like creature named Karal, who informs them that his mother, Pamela, has gone insane after being exposed to the rays of the full moon and is terrorizing the village.
