The Old Tree is an ancient tree that resides in Mira-Mira and is the guardian of the Element of Indecision.
History[]
Klonoa 2: Lunatea's Veil[]
Upon arriving in Mira-Mira, Klonoa, Lolo and Popka approach the tree and spotted the Element of Indecision they are after. When Popka remarks on its withered appearance, the tree reveals itself to be sentient and retorts to the comment, as the group are surprised by this revelation. After they reveal they intend to save Lunatea, the tree remarks that the saddened Lolo does not believe they are worthy and states he was not trying to offend the girl after the boys become angry. The Old Tree then states that it intends the worth of those who wish to ring the Bell of Indecision and challenges them to defeat the monster he summons: Polonte the Hatchling. The following battle proves to be effective against Klonoa until Lolo regains her confidence and aids him. Afterwards, the tree is impressed by the group's determination and allows them to ring the Bell of Indecision.
Klonoa: Dream Traveller of Noctis Sol[]
The Old Tree makes a brief cameo in the strip entitled "Dreams and Adventures". While reminiscing on his past adventures, Klonoa has a flashback of how he previously traveled to other worlds and met new friends such as Lolo and Popka after they rang the Bell of Indecision.
